So great when you have someone on board who really knows what they are doing.....not a slam at you Trent ! Just nice to have a supervising mentor who is experienced and can slap your hands and stop you from electricuting yourself. Great to see that Frank and the puppy are getting along well. Stay safe.
I can’t imagine the feeling 10 years from now as you two both lounge around that house, chillin and relaxing, and then it hits you, you built your entire house, with your own bare hands. Such an amazing feeling.
Hi guys great video. Just be careful with the stairs with Lika. Doing stairs too early can effect their growth plates and cause trouble down the line for her. She is adorable though and seems to fit right with your family
and she knows that she should not be climbing them until she is at least 3 months old. German Shepherds need to be especially careful about their developing joints etc.
We had to put our German shepherd to sleep a week ago. I remember her gawky adorable puppy stage. It went by too fast. Enjoy your fur babies. Frank is a great big brother.
I’m glad Frank has a sister , someone to play with while you’re at work because when Frank look out the window b4 the new addition he looked so bored and now he is having fun 👍🏿
Just a thought, if you have extra wire or scrap wood, or even fittings that can't be returned or saved, art stores or craft stores sometimes have designated scrap sections or places you can donate miscellaneous supplies that artists use in projects. Could be a fun thing to look into to reduce some waste and get extra stuff reused!
It’s the floppy ears for me. My dog never grew out of them as they usually get quite rigid and when she runs they just flop around and it’s the cutest thing ever. 😂🥰🥰🥰🥰
Hello! A REALLY IMPORTANT information for german sheperds/ malinors: if you don't want the tail to be crooked later on, you need to (carefully ;-) cut the hair at the end of the tail (it should look like a cigar). Otherwise the hair touching the ground will tickle the dog and she will slightly pull it upward all the time - which results in it being crooked when she is an adult. We love your videos and enjoy to come along on your adventures! Greetings from Germany!
Frank seems to be really enjoying having a playmate - this is going to mean a lot more exercise for him as the two can run and jump and play together. Again, lots of progress.
I'm glad to see that Frank is not threatened by Leika. She is going to be so much bigger than him very soon. Now is the time to build fences, Frank. Good boy.
Frank is definitely starting to enjoy his new sister. He is even rolling over on his back showing his belly when they are playing. He is such a great big brother already!
Having had puppies and babies, at least babies don't run around the house chewing and peeing on everything the minute you bring them home! They are both hard for different reasons. I have 3 kids, congrats on twins! I can't even imagine double feedings, double diaper duty. Whew! All my best to new parents, (of dogs and kids) ❤
We just love the listen while you work funky jazzy rave music. If at first you don't succeed try try try try try again AGAIN. If Tent can't get er done within 24 hours, he just works nights. WE LOVE YOUR SHOWS!
Omg just look at what you’ve DONE. Y’all have been at it awhile so you don’t realize what you’ve accomplished👍👍👍. You have a house. A house. I’m so impressed and hope you take pleasure in what you’ve done. Love the puppy and franks a great brother lots of love from Nana,🤗😀❤️❤️👍
I doubt you have time to read all the comments, but in the off chance you do…don’t push the stairs on the puppy. Her growth plates are still open, she’s growing and laying down muscle to help support her joints. Stairs put stress on her joints, not to mention the risk of falling down. Be patient and let her grow safely ❤️🐾
I love your comments on how well your puppy is responding to her training. As I observe you and Allie with the training you guys are so very patient and calm with her. She is smart and she knows who loves her and who doesn't; you both are great puppy parents that is very apparent in just how happy Frank is. The stair thing will come with time. Keep up your great work.
So since my husband introduced me to your TH-cam, I am now addicted and look forward to every Monday and Friday! Thank you guys for always thinking of us viewer's! Love your beautiful family of 4!

Good job Trent, it is a comfort to have a trained electrician check your work by a means! It can be done without as well. My husband remolded our house and did all electrical and move a gas line himself all worked out fine, the house is still standing 33 years later.. love to new puppy too..
I really got a “charge” out of this episode! Can’t wait for Monday! Everyone needs a break from work, but it is good to watch you make more progress. The pup won’t be a pup for long.....they grow up fast and you guys(Allie) are doing a great job teaching the pup what she needs to know for your family. It will be interesting when you introduce her to Trent’s Mom and Grandparents. It will be interesting when you take her along for camping/exploring. Love from NW Colorado. Thanxz
I love your new puppy. She’s very smart and Frank will enjoy having a pal. Thank you for letting us follow as you build your new home in the mountains.
You all are doing great, and i admire that you are building this lovely house yourselves, with help from friends. You have a lovely scenery to look at from all sides of the house. Always love watching your videos.
Frank finally getting to the point where he realizes Leeka is his new playmate, not someone to take Mom and Dad's attention away from him. They'll be inseparable soon. 💕
You people are AMAZING I've been watching you since you were living in the van and it is amazing how far you have come. I just love to watch how resourceful Trent is. You "GO" TRENT......Love your channel.

I miss floppy ears and puppy 🐾 paws that smell like 🍿 popcorn. I do not miss having a German Shedder. Do Dutch shepherds have 3 layers of fur like German shepherds? Takes forever for them to dry when they swim, and there is more hair in the living space than Trent has sawdust on his stocking cap!
Little by little it's coming together, but the dogs look at you like when is our dog house going to be finished. The home is looking good and when it's done you will be able to say yes we built it with the help of very good friends.
Leeka is cute! My daughter has an 11 month that we think is a lab/ malinois mix. She, too, is very smart. She is constantly wanting to see exactly what is being done. Those ears Leeka has are so precious! Reminds me of the shepherd we had years ago, when he was a puppy. His name was Kona.
Good morning! Watching you on the big screen this morning and commenting on the iPad. I remember teaching our standard poodle to go up the stairs a few years ago. It was funny that she was big enough to make a step easily, but was hesitant/whiny.😉 So excited to see the progress! I know I’m preaching to the choir on that one. And there was light!!! Leeka won't climb the stairs because her instincts tell her they are a hair out of square. Very smart dog!
and she knows that she should not be climbing them until she is at least 3 months old. German Shepherds need to be especially careful about their developing joints etc.
I'm gonna go with the hair out of square bit😃

I love watching the pups playing. So happy that Frank is accepting his baby sister. He is a great dog.
I love Leeka's adorable little face and that crooked lil' loppy ear! She's got a good mentor and big brother in Frank. Sweet pup!
