WHY Does Credit Matter So Much?
- Credit is the single most important part to obtaining Large-Ticket Items Ex: Home, Car, Boat, Office Building. (Unless of course you can pay cash for all large purchases)
- Lenders pull your credit to ensure that they are loaning money to someone that can pay it off.
- So if you have BAD credit or no CREDIT odds are you will be denied a loan.
Stolen IDENTITY?
- AVOID CREDIT SWEEPS!!!!!! (Expert Credit Sweeps)
- Credit Sweeps are illegitimate and in most areas ILLEGAL.
INSTEAD
- Place a FRAUD ALERT on your Credit Reports
- File an IDENTITY THEFT REPORT
- CLOSE Accounts that have been affected.
- Dispute any fradulent charges with the Credit Bureaus
- Consult Credit Repair Business

To much credit really is not an issue, utilized credit is the issue.

People don't realize how easy it is to get stuff off your credit report even if it's mostly truthful.
There's an overwhelming amount of information on TH-cam showing people how.
It takes time and persistence but it is easy.
I’m so grateful for all of your videos. I’m trying to raise my score right now. I made a huge mistake which I own up to wish me well. I literally asked them to lower my interest rate. They told me I either had to take out another credit card that has zero interest rate if I qualified. Or I have to work with debt education and let them close my account.

Hi wayne,I've had a very bad year 2022/23 wife passed last yr. Trying to pay everything,did ok till 4 mo.ago,all fell apart going to bankruptcy, don't want to have to.at the time we looked a tract of land in s.c. don't know if this is going be denied any advice

You didn't mention child support, nobody talks about how child support screws with your credit. Nobody has ever talked about ways of removing it from your credit score.

Just a little caveat here. When you use free credit report or other free agencies, the transunion and experian scores are boosted up to various degrees. When the mortgage company pulls your score, your scores will often be less.
Mortgage lenders will look at the FICO Score 5, so you just need to make sure that's the one you're looking at.

pay your bills early . gas water electric rent cable/internet/phone . prove you can pay never had a missed payment that doesn't go towards a credit score for the most part only some consumer debt it is a damn shame it is wrong i understand the game i understand underwriters those are mostly 15year notes at a higher payment that weeds out the poor i hope things change it needs to quick a lot of jaded people out there who never managed to get established . pride of ownership is good for society / save live below means and hope things change

What about if, “I will not apply for credit cards”’ I want to be debt free, I have past due medical bills due to my heart disease because I didn’t have medical insurance. Bad credit because of no open accounts so they call me a risk??? I don’t understand this way of thinking how you became the bad credit risk, because I refuse to have open rotating credit but, but you can be in debt for 2o, 30, $40,000 and have good credit because you’re in debt?????

The credit game is about being in debt, but in good standing. If you can't prove you can manage debt they don't want to take the chance.
Can you buy property if you own a house, and have only 1,000 down?
Yes, you sure can! As long as you qualify based on your debt to income ratio!!

Wayne, what if its already paid off when in collections.... how do i get it removed off the credit report. the debt has been satisfied but still listed on the report. help! : )
My friend is a mortgage lender she said it won’t help you if you pay it off and they will not remove it $179.00
Need to make a video to address people with low credit scores because they have never used credit cards in their life and have no credit. What is your advice to those who want to establsh credit?
I would recommend getting a secured credit card (like maybe a gas card), don’t spend more than 30% of the cards available credit, and pay it off every month. Within 2-4 months you will have credit established.
