Best to put things under the sun to dehydrate them. This option is very expensive. Unless you live in a place where sun is so rare and the climate is always cold. In my city we dry the curry leaves under hot sun and in 2 days it's ready. Free of cost. But the baking roasting and the other options can be a lot of help. Never seen such a high tech air fryer in the Indian market except Agaro. Other air fryers look more basic and have basic fuctions. 12 liters capacity in itself unimaginable. I have seen 3 litres has more common.
Agaro post sale servie is very very bad. Service matters in future. Agaro is Kolkata bases marketing company. All products are braned in China and in long run customer is going to suffer. Search TH-cam for service related issues with Agaro
AGARO brand customer service is too much pathetic. I struggled 2 months for service my AGARO electric water geyser in pick winter season. They very much low responsive & also much expensive in paid service.

The mesh rack is very delicated it will get dented while cleaning. The rotating basket is also very delicate to clean the deposits inside. if you use brush it will get dented and damaged The rotating strewerd rack side round holders are very thin will not hold load of steaks or meanced meat. You can't fry chicken, because the hot air does not reach deep inside and it not cooked completely this air fryer is suitable only for curry leaves. It is 1800 watts as such using it for 120 minutes will waste electricity. Over all it is a bad product.
