- Microsoft have rolled out a new "feature" that allows for them to see exactly everything you have ever seen or done on your windows PC. This only affects Windows 11 devices right now, but it could creep its way into Windows 10.

Ironic to hear a robot voice saying "people like myself." LOL!
I think this is shocking what Microsoft are doing. The solution is to switch to Linux as I have done and never use Windows again. Linux is not hard to use if you go for distros like Linux Mint, Ubuntu or Zorin OS. Which are set up for new users who are coming over from Windows trying Linux for the fist time. And there are many more Linux distros like this and it's easy to use. In fact when I saw Windows 11 on my new laptop I found THAT harder to use. I was glad to wipe the drive to get it off my computer and I installed Linux Mint on that laptop. I am an ex-Windows user who is not a computer expert yet I have found Linux easier and much more user friendly than Windows 10 or 11. So if I can do it anybody can do it.
I agree
@@technoWZ5598 i am agree but sadly i still need windows for school sadly .... so i am currently stuck on windows at least for now. Right now i am experimenting linux on usb + virtualbox
you can always disable Copilot under 10sec.remember there is NO privacy once you using internet!dont be paranoia
i wonder what the EU is gonna do about this, i actually dowgraded to Windows 10 last week-end i tried linux but i was having too many issues with intalling my games on my extra SSD's plus not compatible with mod managers im using, but i did intall Linux Mint and Zorin on my laptops.
Dont worry, microsoft is also protecting you by encrypting all of ours files with a 64 character lenght key, in this way we have to pay microsoft to give us access to our files again
WTF is MS doing!!!?
Anyway that new AI code with new windows code is going to be a mess. The fact that you have to do clean install from 23H2 just scares me that my new computers in the future might go to black screen that will be nesrly impossible to solve with regular commands or settings.
this is only for very specific versions of windows btw, you can simply choose not to buy it.
And how many people choose to not use Windows when they need Windows software?
@@technoWZ5598 recall is only for brand new pc , at least for now
I'm with you. bro. Only reason I use Spydows is cuz I'm an avid gamer and I don't pay for my games ( IF YOU CATCH MY DRIFT ) But other than that I'd switch to Linux. Thankfully my gaming rig is less than a year old and doesn't have the NPU processor which is required to run the 'recall' bullshit. I do wish more ppl would give Linux a chance and this might actually motivate some to switch.Let's hope.Good video and dig your sense of humor !
It's already been shown you don't need an NPU and recall can be enabled on 'unsupported' hardware.
@@nadtz Really? Well you just ruined my day :(
@@helix_dragon That's what I've read and been hearing. But be honest (and I'm pretty tech savvy but only used Linux for few months years ago & it wasn't for gaming ) Do you think it's really gonna be easy for someone like me to game on Linux without doing 2hr searches online on how to 'do/run' this and that ? I heard it's not 'hard' but nothing is once you know what you're doing.
@@helix_dragon Thanks.I'll give it a go.Can't stand 'Windows' which is prob just their code word for 'being able to see what you're up to , kinda like looking through a window'.
Can you say Class Action.
The reason we suggest moving to Linux is because most people just do web browsing and watch TH-cam clips... people have been using Chromebooks, for crying out loud. So an easy-install Linux will work wonders for those people.
I've tried it in store. A heap of unwanted junk.
ChromeBook's are Linux (I think). I have an old one that is locked down, and a new one that ended support last year.
@@sussteve226 ChromeOS is a closed source variant of linux OS that's developed by google. ChromiumOS as itself is a stripped down free and open source variant.
after ruining minecraft they are now ruining windows ????o no :( i am currently trying linux for one day to switch. i might need time to time using windows even after i switch but less
try looking into windows LTSC
Yeah we all know about that
I might use 24H2 for games and software that exclusively required for it. That probably can't run on 23H2! Seriously what is even the point to go beyond 23H2??? Only certain exclusive things will reuqire that Frankenstein. I might try 24H2 in VM and then on most expensive computer on the market for most expensive exclusive games for that system. Besides that I might really switch to Linux since even for regular use future versions of windows will be crappy! It's no longer windows that we knew beyond 23H2! They should change their OS name to Super Crapdows 11+!
Windows is awful
No, Microsoft isn't spying. Microsoft is trying to learn how you use PC to make AI better. Do not be a stupid paranoid.
ARE U SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!!!???
@@technoWZ5598 And you????
That would be Nice , if True . That is the line they use to placate DUMB People about the Invasion of Privacy involved .
@@kamertonaudiophileplayer847 I am shocked MS would do such things. I am privacy conscious, and I hate it when companies try to take away more freedom and privacy. If you think adding a recall feature will really improve Windows, YOUR A F****** IDIOT!!! Unless you have nothing to hide and you don't care about your data being sold online XD
@@johncunningham4820 Too many people DO NOT SEE THE DANGER!!!
These videos show insecurity about idiots that wants other to believe their lies instead of benefits of using Copilot.
Uhh, do you not understand that some people take privacy and security for granted and highly value it?
Giggle.
