That is Fort San Pedro in Cebu City, Philippines. It was originally constructed of wood by the Spaniards in 1565. In the 17th century, it was replaced with a stone fort to better defend against native uprisings and Muslim raiders. The current structure, dating back to 1738, is the oldest triangular bastion fort in the country. Restored in the 1950s, the fort now serves as a museum.
