Jay and Josh! Question for you! Have you guys seen/heard of the brand Imotana and their customizable boot silo called the Invader? They are supposed to be more “personal” to the shape and length of your foot using virtual reality and 3D imaging. Funny enough, they look like a Predator within the recent years. What are your thoughts on them?
Hi! Barber from Texas here! So the red white & blue had multiple meanings on barber pole. Red for arteries, blue for veins & white for the rags! In some areas, it also stood for surgery(red), bones/teeth (white) & non surgical services (blue). Since the boot world has been slower as of late, maybe try an episode with a massive Q&A. Or do an episode of your ultimate Franken-boot Finally my question: The Predator Edge is the closest to a “Classic Pred” (minus the leather) we’ve gotten. But most consumers hate it. Is this a perfect example of asking a brand for something, getting it & not actually liking what we asked for?
Love the look of these! Josh is right with the lightsaber remark which the timing, even unintentional, being fantastic with the Kenobi show being actively released right now. I do like the barber shop concept and this is just an awesome looking set of boots!

It's uncanny how much these look like the leaked Agüero colourway from a few months back. Presumably these don't have the "Agüeroooo" insole in them? Jay Mike is a great storyteller though 😂
For the question of if blades in heels are safe for FG boots on AG pitches, I will tell you my story. 9/10 times you will be safe, but in my instance, I got injured. I was playing while wearing the Adidas Predators 19.1 which has more of a diamond stud pattern, not too bladed. I was playing on an AG pitch when the opponent went for a sliding challenge and missed the ball, my right foot was moving the ball and was carrying my weight forward. But because they missed my right leg, their challenge slammed into my left leg which was supporting all of my weight. So my body is falling forward, and the opponent is pushing my left leg backward. Meanwhile, my left foot (particularly in the heel area) is stuck in the ground for that half-second too long. Needless to say, the twist in my knee hurt quite a lot and did permanent damage. While I don’t know, I can’t help but think the stud pattern had something to do with my injury. If I was wearing an AG boot, my left foot wouldn’t have gotten stuck and my knee wouldn’t have been injured. With that all said, I still play on AG pitches with FG boots but if I do, the boots have to have all conical studs. It’s for that reason alone why I buy the AG variant of a boot if its FG brethren has any blades on it.
hey lads :) what do u think of the new mecurials, based on mikes review i feel like they could be really good but they dont seem to fit wide feet :/ so i am interested on more details on that and the opinion of josh aswell :) also i know u may not be allowed to talk about this but still i have to ask , do u know about the x speedportal ? xd if u dont serach it on footyheadlines, looks promosing but its seems the same as the x speedflow tih the + having primeknit and the .1 having this synthetic soft feel but still i want ur opinions on that lads :)

Between the standard future 1.3 and the 1.3 lazertouch, which would you recommend? I've been considering the future for a while now and since the lazertouch has been available, it's been tempting mainly because I've never had a leather boot before (and the look so sick).
This summer I started getting heel blisters, even in boots that were fully broken in that had never caused me problems before. Double socking wasn’t enough to prevent them reoccurring, so I think I will have to start taping my heels before games as a precaution. Do you guys ever use blister prevention tape on your heels?

Does anyone know where to get fg replacement for a sg boot in the US? I found a pair of Copa 19.1 Sg and got them for $19.47usd. I want to wear them but need some not Sg studs.
I’m assuming it’s his camera because if you look closely at his glasses his eyes look like that too so it’s affecting some of the white spots and making them a bit green
