Great video but it omits one very important step: The first thing you need to do is install the drivers necessary for your computer to recognize the Fractal unit. Otherwise, if you do not first install the drivers, your computer will never see that the Fractal is plugged in and you will not be able to use the Fractal Bot program. The drivers are found by clicking on the Support page of the Fractal website and then selecting your specific unit. It will then direct you to a page for the downloads for your unit where you can find the necessary drivers.
Fractal bot wont install on my pc, gives me an error saying cant open common pf64 on my version of widows.. does that mean fractal bot only runs on 64 bit windows systems?
I must have watched 20 videos on firmware and not one talks about what to do if your "Select Your Device" does not match. There are three drop down boxes. My first one, I click on FM3. The next two only has options for Max 1 and Max2 and Bluetooth. Tried Bluetooth and my screen filled up with multiple errors. What is max 1 and Max 2?
After I update my FM3 firmware , do I still need to send the updated Fractal presets via Bot as well ?
