Nothing like a man who can do his own m/c maintenance. I am so lucky that my hb knows how to work on bikes because I don't seem to be able to retain that information. Haha...I *did* sell my stock mirrors on eBay! They are pretty worthless. Great video; nicely-done! Simple & straight-forward.

Great, temporarily but really I've read that, if it's black and really dirty, it's better to empty it of the old oil, get some cheap supermarket brand 10w40 oil, fill it, run it again for a little bit, empty that out and then fill it with your better oil and filter after that for a perfect change, but thanks, now i know for future reference 😉👍

Yep, they are useless I have to admit, but I've found some stick on mirror extenders that make everything much more viewable, they were only £2.50 👍 by the way, those stock mirrors will be invaluable if you are planning on keeping it all stock to maximise profit when it comes to selling it...
That's a pretty easy oil change! I wonder if you can put some cool sticker over those holes! Ride safe bud!
Stickers is not a bad idea! i´ll see if i can find some that fits the look. rsmf
I've taken off the frame hole caps, stripped, primed and spray painted them and stuck Yamaha fork decals on them and lacquered them, they look great, so perhaps the same? I dunno

looked like oil from a diesel engine,well deserved o/c:) i don't know the name in swedish mate,but if you look around im sure you'll find near flush fit gromits to fit the mirror holes,biltema and the like boat dept etc
Yep Biltema have lots of cheap and cool stuff, i buy lots of stuff from them :) I don't think the previous owner even knew how to change oil lol
actually with mirror the front looks balance... without it look like a cap with amputated ears
