@FugaGeist That's true, the Ravager can also hit enemies into the air with big spells, but not as well as the Commando does because they have a special move specifically for getting the opponent high up in the air.
@kuromatsuri in the english version the ability that Commando (Attacker) learns that allows them to launch enemies into the air is called Launch. I believe it becomes available to Lightning first after the Crystarium? Expansion given at the end of Chapter 3
@TimeSplittersChimp You select attacks from a menu, but they don't get activated immediately. They go into a queue, and when it's your character's turn, your character executes them all back-to-back. You do have the option of making it your turn sooner at the expense of the number of attacks you get to perform that turn.
@kuromatsuri actually not just commando will do the launch ravager also can do it but only the skill reach like firaga aeorga... etc. Sure it will toast the mobs up.
sorry for asking again but when u win cristanium ( i don't know how its called) does it got to all of your party members or does it only go to the ones that battled with the monsters ?
They changed Break to Stagger in all the English versions. I don't know why, I prefer Break. But, anyway, you'll learn certain moves that allow you to hit "Staggered" characters into the air (The Attacker... or I guess Commando... role gets the ability). After that, it's just a matter of continuing to hit them while they are in the air.
quick question , when you finish fighting a couple of monsters and they disappear , do u get to battle them again later on or do they just disappear for good ?
@Mr4wesum This 2 game cannot be confronted. Both of them are pretty good in their genre. If you prefer tactical, strategy building games, then I would say FFXIII, but if you prefer FPS games, then I would say MW2, and not BFBC2... believe me, I experienced both. But the most I like is FFXIII.
how do you fight in this game, do you just scroll down a menu and select an attack or do you run up and slash things on you're own i don't understand please help

In my opinion, the story is outstanding. I especially like how it ends.

This was in one of the branching paths that connected to the big open Pulse area.
@kuromatsuri sweet !!! no more switching between party members to get an even share
nice video, I can't wait for this...two more weeks!!!!ahhhhh
that was really good. cant wait for this game to come out to the US. is it worth it?
Thanks! I kinda had to do this fight quickly because 2 of these guys at once is rather hard, at least at the level I was at.

The game definitely has room for improvement, but it's undoubtedly a great game. It's worth it.

If you walk far enough away, they respawn. Then you can walk back and fight them again.
