I love the redesign and all the features you get for the price. I believe VW has stepped up and keeps the Jetta competitive with the changing times just wish I had some of those new features on my 2019 or at least a few from the premium trim, I'm currently looking into if possible to add or upgrade some of those features to mine because it will be yrs before I can trade up and if VW keeps up the good work I just may stay and be a repeat customer thanks for this video and keep up the great work
Do you know what kind of Transmissions they use in the Jetta I hope it's not the Nissan CVT transmissions having a lot of problems

any one know how to put all the windows and sun roof down with the keyfob on the 2020 jetta sel preimium? i already turned on the connvience feature or whatever it's called. holding the unlock button doesn\t work.

Do you know if volkswagen has the feature to stream online videos/movies to the dash monitor since maps can be displayed?
That is not possible on stock hardware. I doubt they would even add it just for safety reasons!

not gonna happen. VW no longer puts naturally aspirated engines in sedans or hatchback in North America

having Celsius and kilometers is not weird. It is a big plus. These are used by the entire planet except a country in Africa and of course the USA. I really love the Jetta, but I have always bought Hondas. It appears that the Japanese outdo the germans at every bend. No Hybrids? really!. what's the deal with that. Good work guy.

The interior ambient lighting? Or different lights?
Bachman Volkswagen no. The high beam assist.
High beam assist basically monitors the road in front of you and will temporarily disable your High beams if it senses an oncoming vehicle so that you don’t blind other drivers.
Bachman Volkswagen so is not auto. Meaning the high beams won’t turn un auto. Is the other way around ? You got to turn the high beams on first ? and then the light asssit will turn them off? At what speed do these kick in ?
Memo Rendon it’s not about speed. When the high beams are all already turned on by you, the car takes over after that and dims then for a moment so not to blind oncoming traffic
They need to put UBS in back seating though.
Yes they do, I think this needs to be a standard on all vehicles with the amount of devices we carry these days
@Antonio Zamudio nah, air vents are for social people. I've been driving for 11 years and have almost never had people in the back seat.

I know that the push to start button on older VWs have done what you are describing but I think it has been fixed in newer models :)

I was very confused about the mirror as well. The R-Line has a mirror with a compass and homelink no clue why this one didn’t

I’ve never owned a Volkswagen, the Jetta 20/20 is very nice well equipped, I’ve always owned Japonaise vehicles and Korean cars 🚗 very reliable, but maybe the Next one could be a Jetta , the only thing, I’m not a big fan of this Jetta 1.4 turbo liter engine , I herd it has good gas mileage , but never been a fan of turbo engines, plus I’m not sure about the reliability of a Volkswagen but I’m willing to give it a try , WOK 🤓the heck
You won't regret. Once you drive a VW you will never go back. They are as good as BMW. Made to drive! You will love it! Good luck.

I'm usually a VW guy all the way, my first car was a VW and my second one was too, but they are lacking in 2020.... like what's going on? Why don't they just make them as amazing as their European siblings? Especially the Passat?! They're looking really dated, interior wise and a bit like they're cutting corners... :(
(I'm looking to get a new car but I'm probably going to break up with VW until they get their act together.)
I tend to agree with you Paul, especially on the Passat. VW released it as a refresh but it's definitely a step backwards. I'm hoping that going forward in 2021 with the Atlas/Cross Sport refresh that the interiors get a serious facelift.
im debating between the 2020 Jetta and 2020 Sonata...anyone got any input or advice ? I’m more on the sonata side because it has more for less $$ and an amazing warranty

The Jetta is great as well but unfortunately can’t out-tech the Sonata right now

If you let me pay for the accessories I would pick rear seat a/c vent plus 2 usb connectors rather than the stupid ambient lighting and CD player.
Also, I still don't understand why VW keep using the stupid SD card for navigation these days.

I can admit i look at your vids but not subscribed.. Here's why, i love Jettas and have owned models going back to 2013... But.. VW in their wisdom dont make it RHD anymore... So theres no need really, its not your fault.. Its their stupidity..
Why would they change the rear turn signal lighting from amber to red? DUMB!
