It seems while most of us got the message this is wrong behavior, others couldn't care less until they are caught. for those who hate the police and I have met many who do, they saved what fould have been a tragedy

Everytime someone says cops need to be removed from traffic stops I always reply “I’m sure the drunk drivers will love that”. They never know what to say back lol
Add that to the distracted driving thanks to cell phones and the roads just got way more dangerous. WE need motorcycle cops out there all day and night busting phone users, it's getting ridiculous.
DUI/DWI should have every charge possible piled on Reckless driving Reckless endangerment Attempted murder Assault with a deadly weapon Terrorism. Minimum 50 years without possibility of parole first offense... second offense = firing squad.
So... the officer suspects her of driving over 80 - enough to demand that she blow into the device - but lets her do it while in the vehicle with the engine running. Yeah... super reasonable.

so I ride motorcycle and I tell people every day, I rather ride in the rain then driving at night. and this is one of the main reason.

There are so many pickup trucks going past the stop sign at night, driving at full speed in a 50 zone. It's almost impossible to feel safe.
