This sounds so perfect for fibromyalgia. I wake up with sharp pain in low back, my whole pelvic floor and stomach in cramped muscles. And can barely get up out of bed much less stand or take a step at first, until I walk it off. I just did all of these and it relxed all of these areas, brought my pain of 8 down to a 2. Great stuff. 💕

This was fantastic! I work at I'm doing a lot of walking lifting twisting and turning at all different angles. After about two and a half hours, my knee hurts and my right hip hurts. Both because of old injuries. I am 5'6" and 148 lb. When I'm not working I am fine and I can do almost anything. My question is how can I reduce the pain so that I won't start hurting after two and a half hours? Oh by the way I am in excellent shape and 65 years old.

At the end of the vid you suggest another video - any chance you could add the link into the description as my phone doesn’t give me the pop-up.

Note to self of when stretches & moves start for reference when I go back to regularly doing these
    0:55 - Prep - lay down stretch
    3:02 - 1st Stretch
4:55 - actual stretch starts here
    6:58 - 2nd stretch actually starts
    8:50 - use modification
    9:53 - 3rd stretch actually starts here
    11:06 - 4th stretch prep
-use only 1 pad under neck
-keep foot low to minimize arch
    -lead w/the knee
    -don't lift hip
    12:24 - actual stretch starts
    14:07 5th stretch prep
    -YOGA BLOCK
    -watch this video closely
    -straighten lower leg
-use knee & elbow to hold block
    14:52 - actual stretch starts
    15:05 - sequenced breathing 😬
    {1} inhale
    {2} roll back
{3} exhale as I roll forward
    15:59 - advanced modification
    -adjust block to short width
    (not right now)
Or adjust it to even narrowest part of block 🙈

I am learning to sleep sideways because of sleep apnea and I've found that optimal position where my body feels comfortable yet not too relaxed is hard to find. In 15 years where iivex to, i havent had a physical therapist that does NOT have 5 patients an hour.
And as good a pt patient i am,.. its imperitive to have one on one at least one pt 3 month cycle a year.
When im AT PT, THATS WHAT IM THINKING OF AND FOCUSING ON. when i get home, its my kids and resposibilities. (except off cycle and home unsupervised program, i take my hour, still, and my family is so used to it and understands its impirtance, no one interferes ever)
But other than that, when im not tgere, im not thinking about it..
The hosts of these videos understand that. These type of PT want you to get the best outcome. Any other kind, like the ones tgat have five patients an hour.. run like hell.

Hi! Can you make a video specifically on expanding your lower rib cage when your breathe?
(Also there’s something called ur solar plexus (it’s not the direct medical term) but I know this muscle bulges with a certain breathing style. Even if this breathing style is considered wrong could u give any tips on bulging the solar plexus because I need both lower rib cage expansion and solar plexus bulging

They are all pretty good. I usually give a bunch o them in sequence. Especially for a toe touch, as there are upper and lower body components.

@@ZacCupplesPT Oh goodness, this video describes exactly what am unable to do: my lack of mobility around my thoracic region of my upper torso and my lack of mobility in the external rotation of my hips; especially, my left side.
I do want to be limber andobile as I mature in age. I'm not fond of being inflamed from workouts that stress my body. Yet, this was my routine for decades. I am understanding how we're to be limber and still continue to be strong. I will make attempts in applying your philosophy to my daily mobility practice. Cheers.
