I mean, it's pretty well established from anthropology that we can only have about 150 people in our lives that we can deem friends. (Anthropologists have specific definitions of friends.) So, this woman can't actually think of all of them as friends, according to the anthropologists definition. However, what she's doing is still a beautiful thing, and I'd love to go to an insane gathering like that.
Well...I must say...I know there is always 'schadenfruede' in most friendships...but to be honest Jon relationship with his friends seem to be just as back bitingly 'bourgeois' as most of the people he is covering!

That's very true actually, and it comes across in several of these broadcasts.
