I haven’t been to New Orleans since Essence 2015.. and as amazing as the experience was, I still remember the heat and humidity. Beautiful city and I want to return but I think I’m going to have to do that around February or March -November or December. A lot of cities get bad reps for crime, but NOLA is undeniably beautiful and it has an aura like no other. Maybe I can sneak in a weekend getaway once it cools down. And watching this makes me want to go grab a bottle of Prosecco. 🥂
Yes, it is definitely ridiculously hot here. It’s about 98 degrees but feels like 108 degrees. March and April are nice months to visit. We have festivals around that time as well and you will enjoy being outside because the weather is nice.
