I think you need a bachelors degree for taking the test of Civil Service...As per my knowledge short site is not a problem at all...I don't know the name exactly...But recently a differently abled IAS lady officer is posted in Ernakulam...And more Do u heard of Ira Singhal....2014 IAS batch topper...Pls try to know more about her life...
