I got mine as a gift but it wasn't from this company. But what they don't tell you is squirrels love seeds and I set mine up with the Wi-Fi and the whole bit and got that all done. Along comes the squirrels who chewed on the wiring on the bird feeder! They scratched the camera and on top of that, part of the landing fell off because of the weight of the squirrels. So I didn't really get a chance to enjoy seeing the variety of birds in my area. I saw a couple but it was too much of a hassle, so I took it down. I do like the camera though. I had the bird feeder hung up on a tree but you know that squirrels are cunning. I tried every natural product to deter the squirrels even bought sprays to repel them and none of those worked. I wasn't going to buy a baffle because they would find a way to get on top of that. The app is cool and that works okay. The bird feeder came with a portable solar panel that I hooked up. Trying to contact this company via live chat is like pulling teeth. They don't get back to you right away either.
I would not recommend buying from this company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Communication is frustrating. I cancelled my order in December last year and yet in January I received a shipment that took me weeks to return and get my refund. Then this week out of the blue I received another shipment! shipment! Now another one of their messes to deal with. Bye bye bird buddy…fly away!
I finally got mine a month ago, and it is great! Communication was good and it worked perfectly out of the box.

Frustrating product. It is cool if you have many hours to troubleshoot and set up. I’m tech savvy and it was really a process.
