It was really interesting to see what happened to every person in one of the best rumbles of all time. May everyone who has now passed since that rumble rest in peace. Thanks for the great content!
Does anyone remember at Greatest Royal Rumble when Michael said “the late, great Sgt Slaughter!” and WWE had to apologise and confirm Sgt Slaughter is still alive?
Very awesome video you guys!! I live about an hour away from Albany and it's so cool hearing about the wrestling history of upstate new york! Thank you guys! Happy royal rumble weekend!
You sir, Mr. Pacitti, are a journalistic treasure and we thank you for such unique and creative content always delivered with such esteam and proffesionalism! 👍
I was at this show back in 92. First live WWF show I had been to. I remember a person sitting near me dressed like IRS (aka Mike Rotunda). This was a home event for Jim Duggan as he was from Glens Falls (2 counties north of Albany)
My FAVORITE Rumble!!! Everyone you could possibly want to see is in this CLASSIC!!!! 💪❤

The Royal Rumble, at least as a big time event, has long run it's course. It was exciting back in the day when heels/heels and faces/faces never fought each other (except in battle royals and *sometimes* at tournaments). So when you watched the Royal Rumble you were wondering which heels would brawl with each other and which faces would likewise do the same. And while tag partners still rarely wrestle each other at least back then there was a real tag division. We cared about them as tag teams, Now who cares if the tag teams of today fight each other? They haven't been billed as anything important. So yeah, the Rumble was a must see event back then. Not so much now.
this is honestly the best intro of all the videos on the channel please release a full version for charity or something and i will not hesitate to buy it 😂
Berzerker, Barbarian, Repoman, IRS, Warlord, Mountie. Boy, I missed those days when the ring name is just a occupation. These days, we just have guys that suddenly have part of their names disappear, and we can't seem to remember them somehow.
My Favorite Royal Rumble was 1992 a All Star Rumble. Hogan, Flair, Savage, Bulldog, Dibiase,Duggan,Boss Man, Justice, Slaughter, Roberts, Michaels, Santana,Taker, Piper'&&&
Out of the 30 wrestlers in this match, as high as 25 are hall of famers/realistic potential entrants (some may argue about some people I personally consider a potential entrant though). Either way, up to 80% of the entrants in this match were legends.
The song had me laugh out loud 🤣 Watching the video going into details what happened to everyone. It instantly becomes depressing. This is the era i grew up on. Sad to think if my counting skill are on point. A total of *11 Deaths in the RR match alone*. That is when you count *Bobby Heenan/Gorilla Monsoon* on commentary and *Sensational Sherri* walking w Ted Dibiase to the ring.
If this is going in order...why isn't Davey Boy Smith first? Admittedly I've only just started watching so maybe he'll be mentioned later, but it seems weird he's not there at the beginning
RR 1992 was the event I stopped watching WWF. Ric Flair, most overrated wrestler of all time, out of form, almost sitting/lie the whole rumble in the corner, won this. It´s a shame that Vince push Flair to the top like this
I got a picture with kerry von erich at a wrestling event in Kansas. Id came up to visit my aunt with my grandparents and she took me. Somehow she got me in the ring for a picture with him.. I remember when he picked me up for the picture, i was scared as hell (i was like 4 lol).. I thought he was gonna body slam me lmao. Biggest Dude id ever seen at the time. My aunt and cousins got a picture backstage with Kevin Von Erich. Great family of wrestling.. Tragic though. The oldest actually died as a child in the 50s at like 7 when he grabbed a hot ground wire or something.. It electricuted him, blowing him backwards; he landed facedown in a puddle and drowned. 3 of them committed suicide, including Kerry. Sad really. Kerry was also in a bad motorcycle wreck in the 80s and lost part of his foot. He wrestled with a prosthetic all those years. Thats where he got the pain killer addiction, i imagine. Until 10 or 15 years ago, doctors wrote those to everyone like crazy and then just stopped. A lot of people suffered over it. Its a bad habit and hard to kick. Trust me, i know from experience.
With a tear in my eye from all those who passed away that were in this Rumble.
Andy Butler wtf is what?
Wayne Cox yeah i think the 1990 rumble has 12 deaths. That's from a article online from 2017. The 1992 rumble had 7.
Look at Flairs promo from after the 92 rumble
Really appreciating all the royal rumble content guys!! Totally have increased the hype for me!
L
I can’t hear Repo Man and not think of Simon Miller
I appreciate the effort that went into just the opening song
My favorite part of the video. If you listen to Tony Schiavone's podcast, the theme song is a parod of we didn't start the fire too :)
I like the fact that you did the countdown in the order of eliminations during the Rumble. That’s a nice touch.
It was really interesting to see what happened to every person in one of the best rumbles of all time. May everyone who has now passed since that rumble rest in peace.
Thanks for the great content!

Andrew Hayden no
Your “We Didn’t Start the Fire” spoof was on point and doppppppeeeeee
That moment when Flair was alone and Piper came down, goosebumps.
My absolute new favorite series from this channel. Not to mention the flawless intro! There is even a damm Marcus Cor Von reference.
Fuckin love that intro, “the manager from kientai” genius.
This is the best intro song in the f*ckin' game, hands down!
Can I state for the record how much I love the Billy Joel cover? Do more videos like this, fun hearing what happened to this guys!
You neglect to mention Barbarian coming back to WWE as Sione a member of the tag team The Head Shrinkers
That intro is just too sweet
That song 😂
Very awesome video you guys!! I live about an hour away from Albany and it's so cool hearing about the wrestling history of upstate new york! Thank you guys! Happy royal rumble weekend!
Props to who ever wrote that intro😂😂
Cultaholic builds more Rumble hype then WWE does. Also Godfathers hoes don’t age.
planstoesc2 With my hand to god (I get the contradiction), I used to date one of his hoes. For the record she was my girlfriend and stripper first
Zachary Bell Hahahah that’s what’s up
That intro is the BEST THING!
You sir, Mr. Pacitti, are a journalistic treasure and we thank you for such unique and creative content always delivered with such esteam and proffesionalism! 👍
Must have watched the intro at least 100 times

Change every word in this to Mantar
this is honestly the best intro of all the videos on the channel please release a full version for charity or something and i will not hesitate to buy it 😂
I just can't look at old Ted dibiase as he is the spitting image of my late father. Rip WWF legends
Please release a full version of that intro song!
Love the jingle😁 You rock man!!!
Skinner aka Steve Kern of the 80s popular tag team of The Fabulous Ones with Stan Lane. How could you leave that out?
I had to replay that intro song at least 20 times before I could watch the video. Please make a full version

Is there good money in being a Warlord?
I love how they did their own version of Billy Joel song we didn’t start the fire! Hilarious 😂 I
I wish the sleeper hold would come back as a finishing move.
Coquina clutch is kind of that. And also Ziggler had it for a while a couple years ago.
Keep it up Adam, love this new series.
How about “What Happened to Every Participant in WrestleMania 1” when we get closer to 35?
Love the show intro. Great job Adam.
REPO MAN! Simon Miller throwbacks here
That intro was the greatest thing I have ever heard.
Best intro song ever
Luke Sanity for sure
Congrats on 420k bois
the most surprising part is that Warlord is still alive. dude might have been the biggest roidy mcgoo in that rumble
to date , the best royal rumble ever!!!
Wow you guys are a lot better than that other British channel it took me a while to find you guys but then again I wasn't really looking
Paul Perino If you mean WhatCulture then yes. Cultaholic the superior and original WhatCulture.
Really enjoying this new what happen to series. keep it up guys
Can't believe I'm saying this. I agree completely. Don't even know if I could pick a close second.
So 27% of that year’s RR match are deceased. Still a better stat than WW6’s death count.
Oops I meant WM6. (Wrestlemania 6).
Typed it way too fast.
27 is a number synonymous with Royal Rumbles too
Love that song at the beginning. Make a full length wrestler version of we didn't start the fire plz
Love cultaholic and the intro
Can somebody put the intro on ITunes? I want it as my ringtone
My Favorite Royal Rumble was 1992 a All Star Rumble. Hogan, Flair, Savage, Bulldog, Dibiase,Duggan,Boss Man, Justice, Slaughter, Roberts, Michaels, Santana,Taker, Piper'&&&
I love the song for your what happened to that wrestler videos its always stuck in my head
1:04 Best TH-cam Intro Ever

Great video!
imo
"What Happened to that Wrestler?" is Flying Lizards-worthy.
Good vid.
imo
Will there be a second Royal Rumble video
That jingle is pure fucking gold!
God I love this intro I could hear it on repeat and jus fuckin giggle When I’m stoned
More content! I love this channel.
...and for the Hogans, the Pipers, and the Sids! NOW it's RIC FLAIR and you ALL pay HOMAGE to the MAN!!!!!!!!!
Jack Swagger killing it at Bellator
@ 5:00 u mean after dat coward Jannetty tried 2 escape through da barbershop window.
WILL YOU STOP?!
I honestly don’t think there’s any way the WWE can screw this years rumble up.
I mean it IS WWE we're talking about. They're guaranteed to screw it up somehow.
Billy Joel would be proud
That jingle is freaking amazing
The song had me laugh out loud 🤣
Watching the video going into details what happened to everyone.

I was at this show, and what a show it was.

We miss the rowdy one😭😭😭
Greatest Royal Rumble Ever!!!
I hope the random names in the intro get changed every few episodes, that'd be cool.
I love the opening song for these videos.
That song though lol awesome intro
@0:17 "Thirty grandpas"...that's one way of saying things about the participants.
no mention of Boss man's side crescent kick to Ric Flair? Let down......
9:02 “DiBiase” is misspelled lol
This was good.
Tell you what I liked, hearing all about the guys you already covered in the nWo video again.
Love this intro❤
love that intro
Can we get that theme in full?
Ric Martel deserves to be in the HOF
If I'm not mistaking I think he's in the pro wrestling hof
do this to every rumble please :)
Best royal rumble ever...
Clicked on the Video knowing that too many will finish with "sadly passed away in...."
Just to clarify, macho man died in a car accident.
Caused by him having a heart attack behind the wheel.
War lord looks like Thanos in the RR... Just me?
ITS NOT FAIR TO FLAIR
I love that intro
I was at this PPV it was so great.
Ric Flair's last match was in the KFC colonel rumble 2018 =/
Best intro in the world
Wheres Adam playing the Keyboard?
RR 1992 was the event I stopped watching WWF. Ric Flair, most overrated wrestler of all time, out of form, almost sitting/lie the whole rumble in the corner, won this. It´s a shame that Vince push Flair to the top like this

Depressing list, so many dead at such young ages. 🙁
Wait, Hogan left after WM8 so who won the title from Yokozuna at WM9?
So many great wrestlers died so early. At least the athletes are more health conscious now. Well, more than back in the 80's.
