( In terms of Design, Simulation and analysis Software) -Personality development is also lesser than to other verticals. -Sometimes people also start losing their skills for ex. fluency in English agar unhe kewal Shop floor ya workers tak hi limited rakha jata hai to.... -Bosses in production behave like if they are God to the Subordinates ( Most of the time not all the time) -Production Guys always have to struggle for promotions even for Normal track growth. -Exposures to learn several others things are least. -Chances of foreign business trips are least if one is working in Production. -Best Level of Office Politics is seen only in production. -Flattering or Buttering worth more than Real Skills even worth more than Qualifications. -Flexibility in duty time is not at all possible. -Once you start in production your boss will not let you go to better area in the same organization even after clearing interview for Internal Job postings. -Production: Highly Pressurized work area in Industry after Sales. -If you try to sort out your issues by sharing them with your boss.. It will definitely get catastrophic for you.. 😂😂😂 please Don't expect support ( Don't believe me just try your own and experience) -Production Person also have bad social life as they used to be busy in the bloody Shift schedules, unplanned activities and overstay.... (Pain of Every Production Engineer) 😃 Note 1: Don't try to judge me.. I also have been working with well renowned and biggest industry in its category, which domain: I shall not be disclosing..... Note 2: working in production in Govt sectors can be okay as the culture and policies in Govt and Private sector have much differences. Note 3: Most Important and Influential Always Give Priority to Your Job whether it may be in Production or R&D ( Kyuki Paisa Bhagwan ni hai par kam bhi nahi hai) Try to focus on enhancing your personal skills and Qualifications rather Buttering your boss. one day you will find only these things helpful to you, Try to maintain your relations and bonding with upper and lower level.
