He didn’t do a move, there are multiple angles of the solve, plus it wouldn’t count as a world record if he did that and he wouldn’t still be competing in competitions for cheating. 3 tip scramble 3 tip solution, you just gotta lie about you seeing him do a turn, he didn’t cheat and that’s the end of the story.
