I’d like to see you do videos where you talk about the background and history of the trains, railroads and hobby. Also would be nice if you show us some of your train decor and railroad collectibles. Servicing videos would be awesome. Just some thoughts! Thanks for sharing a great video.
Great video Preston! I’m sure that engine would have piqued my interest too! For future content, just be you and create videos that reflect that. Being your real self is never a bad choice. And BTW, I was wondering how you manage to control the high humidity especially in the summer.
Thank you! That’s the truth I’ll see what I can come up with I kinda just want to spice up the content and have some more variety on the channel. For climate control I can’t do much for the layout itself which is why there’s not a lot of operating accessories on the layout. For all of me engines I have shelves in my room that they stay on whenever I’m not out running them to keep them safe and same with my tiu
I don't think you should be concerned with thinking you're re-using or emulating other creators' content. The truth of the matter is that we are all different. You could have 10 people using the format that Eric utilizes, as an example, and not one of those 10 videos would be the same or connect with all of the same audience. Sure, you might get folks here or there that get some sort of disturbing high from leaving a comment that you're not being original... but thats the nature of the beast. Creating content for something extremely niche like model trains only has so 'much' to give. Do what you feel is right, keep an eye on your analytics, and just be yourself. It's your channel. Unless you're trying to make a living off of doing this, I'd say the most important things are A.) You're enjoying yourself. B.) YOU feel good about the content you're putting out there and are unconcerned with the opinion of others. That'll be $0.02, please.
I’ll make sure to send you the 2¢ tomorrow morning 🤣 but i greatly appreciate it! I’ll definitely keep the content coming and try some “new” ideas on the channel and see how well they stick!

I’ll definitely try to do some videos on those!
Great video Preston! I like the new locomotive, the sound set is phenomenal! Congrats stepping outside the box.😊
That is a great Diesel, looks and sounds very nice.
Looks like fun. Best wishes.
Thank you!
