- I have filmed at the 2011 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, the new and incredible Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato. This Aston is made to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the DB4 GT Zagato and it's limited to just 2 units. The video shows the car firing up the V12 510hp engine and revving, turn up the speakers!

I remember when this video came out of the new Zagato and still to this day cant get over that lovely v12 sound. I have never heard anything like it.

Absolutely gorgeous. I love the Zagato touches: the open mouthed look and that clipped off, pointed rear. Just wonderful. The common man has not a chance.

Wow this sounds insane, a mix of a musclecar big block V8 and a Ferrari like high end pitch at the top of the rev range, very unique and awesome.

There is something very evil lurking under the bonnet that snorts and snarls. The V12 Zagato sounds angry and I love it. Great job AM and to to you marchettino for the video.

putting the cats on the end of the pipes is such a awesome idea.
It has that high pitched tinny sound like a Ferrari V12, but not raspy and annoying, just deep rumble at idle. And when you rev it, it's nearly enough to wake the dead. Aston Martin V12 FTW

I love the new rear end it looks almost "Sharky" if you can picture it. Aston Martin is by far my favourite sports car manufacturer, Awesome!
The idle sound and light throttle doses remind me of a Mazda 787. On higher revs the rotary is obviously smoother, but this sound is also quite pleasing.
My fav car with Italian design Zagato = awesomeness. Viva l'Italia! :)

totally agree Astons are about elegence that complements the perfect amount of power. Im also not crazy about Aston replacing the sexiest rear end in the world on this one, but I like that Aston has created a pure modern muscle car.
