I hope to visit Disneyland someday I never been there. I only been to Disney world almost over 12 times I went to mickeys not so scary Halloween party at Disney world last year in October. also I loved Lizzie McGuire show when I was like 11 years old in 2001 I watched it till I was like 13 in 2003.

Yes, you can wear costumes at the ticketed Halloween party events as long as you are following their rules (no weapons, masks, etc).
