Nice upgrade! Any reason why you didn't choose the 66mm kit over the 64mm one? I am guessing the bigger they go the more chance of it going boom due to other engine parts not being designed for the additional power?
Hey Corporal, good catch, I misspoke but cannot fix it without removing and reloading the video. For those reading, it’s obvious when rebuilding which way the head goes on, just match the domes to fit 👍🏽😁👍🏽
Top speed will be 190+ after this big bore kit ?? So only just piston Kit change for top speed ?? Gasket + Piston + ring+ 64 mm bore....?? No need to change the valve...??

Huge main jets and stubbed needles were part of the tuning. Only other mods were port matched exhaust to the gaskets and a full 30mm inner diameter header

@rickbates9232 yep, I chose the 64mm for less risk of failure and/or heat dissipation struggles.

head gasket or cylinder gasket thickness should change or keep just stock ??
