There is so much information on Web for investors to cosider whether to INVEST IN CYPRUS, for example:
      cyprus-mail.com/2019/05/28/pissouri-homes-saga-rambles-on-web/
      How about this: www.theguardian.com/world/2019/jul/01/missile-from-syria-israel-clash-lands-on-cyprus
Lee Alberga, be so kind as to pass my regards to Margarita Yiangou who cheated on a number of buyers/investors.

Liz Muk Is it your life goal to push away investors from Cyprus and create a general defamation of the island’s investment opportunities?
The funny thing is that you’ re doing it through TH-cam believing that you will somehow succeed😂
      Good luck!

Stavros CYPRUS I just share the truth about Cyprus, warning potential investors who consider to INVEST IN CYPRUS. It is not a defamation at all, but the truth.
I know it hurts, you would like investors not to be aware of risks and overall reputation of Cyprus. But, hey, it’s 21st century and technologies allow ppl to exchange information pretty easy.

Liz Muk oh really is it the 21st century? I thought it was still the 1920s and you were still our colonial masters looting the treasures and resources of our island! (See Cypriot artifacts in the so called “British” museum)
Back to your point. Yes technology helps a lot to share any kind of information and actually educate at least the basics to those who didn’t have the chance academically progress or their brains wouldn’t help them to. But apparently you haven’t read and studied economics because you are not aware how the markets work, the banking system as well as what investors look at to invest.
Are you even aware of Moody’s or Standard & Poor’s? You know those whose actual job is to publish financial research, analysis on stocks, bonds, commodities, rate the credit portfolio of every country as well as provide investment services to INVESTORS. The real ones not you.
At the moment of writing, Moody's credit rating for Cyprus was last set at Ba2 with positive outlook. So investors, through these economic and financial data, they know that they can’t invest in countries for example like Zambia or Venezuela. In addition, they know that Cyprus is now, not only financially stable but also progressing well with reforms and a reliable and trustworthy partner, both in the Eurozone and the EU.
Lastly, with regard to the links you provide, your Pissouri example is laughable. I imagine you’ re referring to the sysmic area where various real estate developers developed houses taking the risk of avoiding the geological issues of the area. Obviously, that was an isolated situation which any buyer should be aware enough to realise before making an investment. Many Brits bought houses in Pissouri in super super cheap prices exactly because of that reason and believed that the geological issues wouldn’t affect those houses, but they now demand compensation from the government instead from the developer?
I mean seriously now, are you even comparing those houses in Pissouri with the 250 million Euros marina of Ayia Napa?
      Give us a brake.
Many luck wishes from Cyprus with your Brexit unicorn empire fantasies.
      Sincerely,
      Your (thank God) ex-colony.

Liz Muk Please do not think I am at all interested in your comments. I like watching engineering project videos done with Drone photography. I regularly holiday in Cyprus and love the island and it’s people. ❤️Cyprus

Look at what's happening in Cyprus real estate sector: numerous foreign investors lost their money when decided to INVEST IN CYPRUS. Google and you'll find dozens of examples. The latest one is in Pissouri, near Paphos. People even blocked the road from Limassol to Paphos to attract attention of the Governent, though without any success. Sure, you wanna bring your money to Cyprus?

    • @stavroscyprus3946
      @stavroscyprus3946 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Well no.
Investors lose money everywhere around the world, not just in Cyprus. Investors today are actually losing a lot in countries like Britain (see Thomas Cook example) where in one month’s time trading your goods and services cant be guaranteed by anyone in the British government! And that’s simply because you want to have your cake and eat it!
Back to our point. Most investors lost their money in Cyprus during the island’s 2013 banking crisis. Not in any other massive cataclysmic case. But those investors were actually not investors but money launders who wanted to save their money in Cyprus (since we used to have an extremely high interest deposit rate).
All that is past now. These investments now are not only serious but are done by one of the best construction teams in the world.
Lastly, your Pissouri example is laughable. I imagine you’ re referring to the sysmic area where various real estate developers developed houses taking the risk of avoiding the geological issues of the area. Obviously, that was an isolated situation which any buyer should be aware enough to realise before making an investment. @Stavros CYPRUS Just Pissouri?
      cyprus-mail.com/2019/11/30/uk-government-advice-for-cyprus-home-buyers-updated-but-nothing-has-changed/
70,000 (seventy thousand) people currently suffer! Isn't this number big enough for small Cyprus?
Laughable? Not as much as for those who suffer!
If even government advises not to INVEST IN CYPRUS, then it must be the biggest red flag to think twice before going to Cyprus!
And by the way, you said "go ahead and post more info about Cyprus"?
When you upload new update about Ayia Napa Marina, I will instantly upload this link and some other links, so as many viewers as possible will be aware of Cypriot scam.
You, go ahead and upload update about Ayia Napa Marine. You haven't uploaded anything for the past 4 months, while you usually upload something every other month.
I'm subscribed and waiting for your upload - go ahead - I will react instantly!

Liz Muk Not only you are uneducated and uninformed but probably stupid as well!
Firstly, you mix up two completely different things. One thing is the Pissouri case with those houses having geological issues, and another thing is the public red tape with regard to issuing property deeds.
How does that have anything to do with investing in a €250 million marina?
The article which you have cited, refers to 70,000 property deeds not yet issued but that is mainly due to the previous bureaucratic legislation, which as mentioned in your BIG-BANG theory article, has now been simplified!!!!! In other words, the procedure is now moving faster.
To sum up, yes that is a concern that property owners should be aware of in the Republic of Cyprus, but does not necessarily mean that it is a solid reason for not investing nor buying property in Cyprus. (The UK website does not suggest not invest but to be aware that property deeds get delayed to be delivered)
And legally speaking, (which you’re probably ignorant) even if you’re waiting to get your official government property deed, you can still for example, sell it or use that property for mortgage loan, as a legal document(contract) proving your purchase of that property will legally suffice.
Please, for your own sake, stop commenting for stuff that are hard for you to comprehend. Shut your mouth (in the present case your keyboard) because you’re exposing your self and your obvious psychological issues.
Good luck and all the best.

Stavros CYPRUS Looks like they recently uploaded an updated video. After I posted my comments and links to the local news which speak about true situation in Cyprus real estate, they immediately took their video down)) why is that?))
