Time stop tabhi work krta hai jab jotaro extremely focused ya dominating hona chahta hai, jotaro a time stop kuch mili seconds ka hota hai at the start fo the series so isliye usey duniya ruki hui hone ki jagah, slow lagti hai ya fir jotaro fast hojata hai, isiliye series ke start mein star platinum gun ki goli ko rok bhi pata hai bcuz maybe usne kuch miliseconds ka time stop kiya tha but its just a theory, iske siwa D'Arby wale fight mein D'Arby bolta bhi hai ki tumhare haath mein achanak se drink kaha se aai jab tumne hath bhi move nahi kiya?
Actually I just wanted to put a point that Defeating Dio Was not that convincing in part 3 it was as if he underestimated Jotaro during last fight and didn't kill him. Also I have a theory that Joseph Used "Hermit Purple" unknowingly during his fight with Kars. His hand didn't just came out of nowhere it was because of Hermit Purple just a theory. Also there is a easter egg of Hermit Purple in part 2 opening song just search "Hermit Purple in Battle Tendency".
