This song is bliss in its purest form. This song is hip hop personified. The blending of the 3 generational legends welded together by talent and dedication to their crafts. I’m in awe, but I’m not surprised.
Something about the fact that young Michael Jackson was sampled here makes this quite powerful to me. The man he became was a legend, but was also warped and twisted. Being reminded of him in an innocent light in contrast to the lyrics the samples are complementing really does something for me
How do the lyrics not compliment the sample? They're perfect lol. The idea that hip hop had been in a state of trouble but can be rescued by greats like Busta "Whenever it needs them" is pretty coherent.

@@lakerland420 yep this was initially suppose to be on Good Kid Mad City but it didn’t make the cut .
@@ProwRocket nah it wasn't Busta talked about how this track came about in an interview recently. Said he was sitting on this beat for a while and didn't even know he had it. And one day he was locked in the studio and found this beat and made this joint then sent it to kendrick. Look it up interview is pretty recent.
BUSTA is The BLACK THANNOS the end game of real hip hop
Also the New Era of Hip-Hop!
Got damn🤣
...only his game isnt endin'.

Lol ..wasn't even noticing that I was doing it
This is real hip hop
Kendricks flow is unmatched 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Busta just matched it respectfully 💥💥💥⚡️⚡️ I can say busta held his own against the most dangerous youngster in the game. But Micheal Jackson still blazing tracks from 60 years ago and been passed away over ten years ago so don’t forget who’s the real Goat 🐐 MJ
i'm so lucky for listening to this right now
Let's gooo
U and me both..jus wen i thought hip hop couldnt b elevated anymore...thanks buss for dat real shit...dumb hard

Yes u are
We ALL are!!!
This song is bliss in its purest form. This song is hip hop personified. The blending of the 3 generational legends welded together by talent and dedication to their crafts. I’m in awe, but I’m not surprised.
Make me fall in love with hip hop again why don’t ya? Beautiful 😢
The way michael jackson is sampled is perfection. On top of busta's and kendrick's insane lyricism. Made my day.
Kendrick can’t do no wrong this come back is like heavenly no cap🎶🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
This is so sick man
Yeah this is stupid Track
They bodied this beat. No remix needed!! This was true lyricism!!
This is perfect as is.....true lyricism!
Busta still snapping and I've been waiting on Kendrick to slide on something... Classic for the future and a Classic in the present.
Right
Bro, I can’t stop rewinding Kendricks verse. This song is golden. 🔥
RIP MR MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON. WE MISS YOU. I LOVE THAT SONG

Michael Jackson samples continue to be undefeated. Salute to Busta for honoring the Black Obiwan who is Michael Joe.

This is legendary tbf.
They both killed it jesus christ.
Bustas flow on another level
Something about the fact that young Michael Jackson was sampled here makes this quite powerful to me. The man he became was a legend, but was also warped and twisted. Being reminded of him in an innocent light in contrast to the lyrics the samples are complementing really does something for me
so true
Agree
Yes!
What do you mean warped and twisted?
How do the lyrics not compliment the sample? They're perfect lol. The idea that hip hop had been in a state of trouble but can be rescued by greats like Busta "Whenever it needs them" is pretty coherent.
Busta wayyyyyy too underrated give the homie his credit, his flow has always been on point and him and Kendrick together is just a phenomenal masterpiece
I'm gonna have to disagree with your there homie, Busta Ain't Never Been Underated. His name has ALWAYS Been Remembered.
@@Anton5555sg I can understand that but when I hear people put Top 10 or 20 list I never see Busta on it and i feel like he Certified top tier rapper, To me Busta, Ludachris and sometimes method man and redman are underrated or Underappreciated rappers that don’t get enough credit
Him and luda get slept on

Young fella Busta is not underrated. I've been rocking with this cat since Leaders of the New School. I bought the tape new, ya dig. The man's been a monster.
Just Two Goats Sparring In The Dojo 🫡
Yoh I got emotional. True Hip Hop music with a message is very hard to find these days. Look how we live in a world where we constantly have to look over our shoulders. Thank you Busta and Kendrick.
❤
What's the message in this song?
@Ruth G. Kecry Future Nurse I did. I like this song but the lyrics are kind of meaningless don't lie to yourself. Don't get me wrong I'm a big Kendrick fan but all they rap about in this song is how good of a rapper they are
@@alonilutowich4505 they paying homage to hip hop. This is a life of a rapper .
We talkin hiphop when we can understand what layer are identified. This song has many layers . but if it be you that appreciates this in here tune identify 7 i got 9
It irritates me how much ppl miss giving Bus the credit he truly deserves. Dude is a legend DECADES over! With an uncompromised sound that he made his own. Respect a true god MC.
