    Thanks! I checked SO many other sources to fix my grayed-out BROADCAST. Yours was the only one that worked. Definitely worth popping you a few bucks! Now I can cancel my $230 xfinity.

    OMG....thank you so much for this video. We just lost an ABC channel with Uverse in Atlanta, so we purchased an antenna but truly could not figure out how to get to the broadcast feature. Your video was a life saver...thank you...thank you...thank you!!!

    I unplugged it for about 10 min, just walked away for a while and noticed my antennae was unplugged (cable connector broke), so I replaced the cable before I powered it on. It worked right away! Thanks...good video and thanks for posting. Regards from Texas

    You're a life saver. Unplugging it for 5 minutes was the only thing that worked on my TV (which has that d**ned minimalist remote control, making it impossible to type that code). Thank you!

    So grateful for this video. The Air TV option was not showing up the procedure he did fixed it. Now we can see over the air TV and ditch our cable boxes, while keeping internet and streaming what we like. Thanks!

    Amazing! I spent so much time trying to figure it out until I googled and found this video. Also, it's a little different on newer TV's. You just have to go all the way to the left to find it, click on it, and voila! You're rolling!

    Thank you.. that boot mode is beautiful.. worked for my non smart samsung tv.. i went into the first option and just factory reset the tv.. i haven't been able to hook up cable ever.. had this tv for years

    For my samsung smart tv the combo to get to the service menu was: info, menu, mute, power.

    I have tried all the steps you showed and it didn’t work. However it put me on the right track. After I press mute 182 and on. I choose option and factory reset then air/cable. That is how I got it done. Thank you for your help I watched so many videos and non of them worked

    For some reason the volume wouldn’t play on Netflix and other apps but would on Samsung TV plus. What ever you had me do worked so now my daughter can watch her shows again. I don’t know why it suddenly stopped working but Thanks so much. 🎉🎉🎉

      I agree with you 100% ... I am having a bit of a hard time let alone my parents!
      they need to make it way more user friendly.
      I purchased yesterday a brand new Samsung 55Q60T.
      still trying to get accustom to it’s new environment.
      the fact that they have their own platform Tizen and no longer support Android is a major issue.
      i wonder if i should go back and buy an LG nanoCell or maybe stick with SONY
