    Amazing! I spent so much time trying to figure it out until I googled and found this video. Also, it's a little different on newer TV's. You just have to go all the way to the left to find it, click on it, and voila! You're rolling!

    I unplugged it for about 10 min, just walked away for a while and noticed my antennae was unplugged (cable connector broke), so I replaced the cable before I powered it on. It worked right away! Thanks...good video and thanks for posting. Regards from Texas

    Thank you for this excellent solution. The broadcast tv set up worked. Next time Comcast has a major outage here, I will be able to watch the dozens of broadcast live tv channels available as per your instructions.

      I got a new samsung smarttv82 4k.at frist it was showing when I trun tv on smarttv.why it not showing when I trun smart tv on.

    For some reason the volume wouldn’t play on Netflix and other apps but would on Samsung TV plus. What ever you had me do worked so now my daughter can watch her shows again. I don’t know why it suddenly stopped working but Thanks so much. 🎉🎉🎉

      I agree with you 100% ... I am having a bit of a hard time let alone my parents!
      they need to make it way more user friendly.
      I purchased yesterday a brand new Samsung 55Q60T.
      still trying to get accustom to it’s new environment.
      the fact that they have their own platform Tizen and no longer support Android is a major issue.
      i wonder if i should go back and buy an LG nanoCell or maybe stick with SONY

    I have a non smart smansung TV that had this same problem. Your code for the hidden service menu worked on it and I did a factory reset, and that solved the problem! So thank you, I thought I would have to buy a new TV.
