What about Justice shield allies build? Use the allies for the attack pressure. Field operatives can prevent damage to keep them around…?

You should try the basic ally Synch with him to get plus 1 to any stat activation PLUS his swords would grt him to plus 3 attack or plus 5 defense and ally can stick indefinitely since chump blocking isnt always necessary. Also run attack specliast could get him to 4 attack stat....I think thid will help iron out some of the weaknesses
