It's a so very educational video from this Doctor who explained in a very specific way of details about the NMO which is a very rare disease, hope that they will find the cure soon for it.

I tested positive for the blood test NMO but I don't have any lesions on any MRI. I do have sympthoms on my legs hands and eyes. What does it mean? Could I be in a beginning stage and later get an attack? Or did I have an attack with no lesions?
