It's quite fascinating and very cool if you were in to keyboards back in the analofue 80's period when they first came out, like the Roland Juno series and the Dx7 etc. This was and is one of the greatest pop songs of all time if you set aside the artist and whether you like Madonna or not. The complicated keyboard arrangement, the great parts each one voiced and the way they were tied together and executed by talented hands, along with the great story telling lyrics that were quite mature in their subject matter for the time and age group. Put that with a great melody and Voila !
