Hello! My right ear pod isn’t working it dosen’t have sound when I use it and it dosen’t light. It lights when it’s in the case but when I put it out of the case it dosen’t light up like the left earpod, I already charged it for more than a hour but it still not working, I already hold the sensitive touch for the right earpod but still not working. My charge is draining 10% at a time , I can only use it for 1 hour . It's new. It shows 100% charged then after a few minutes it becomes 90% , then after a few minutes it becomes 80% . No in-between.

For those who have 1 ear bud working
Put both ear buds in the charging pod
Once they both light red
Press both sensors at the same time
This will reset the sync and both of them will start working
If it doesn't work the first time
Keep repeating if it doesn't work first time
It worked after 2 tries for me
