in hindsight, waking up early isn’t for everyone. I just find that it helps me feel better so I would encourage you to try it out, but if its not working.. don’t put pressure on yourself bestie 🤍🫶🏾

to be honest, initially you do. Especially after you let go of your routine.. it gets really difficult. but once its a habit, your body will even wake you up before the alarm rings
but in hindsight, waking up early isn’t for everyone. I just find that it helps me feel better so don’t put pressure on yourself 🤍🫶🏾
