Got to love Perth 💯 its hard work but worth it!! Ive lived here 13years. Fifo has slown down a lot these days!! But there is so much opportunity here if you’re willing to put in the hard yards. I wouldn’t change it moving here.... miss home but wouldn’t move back.

I've earned good money here in New Zealand as a machine operator up to $35p/h so of course there is good money here, you just have to put in the hard yards however, I gave that up for a lower pay job to keep my social life and time for myself and family. listen, money is not the centre of our lives, what matters is family and loved ones. If your boss cuts your pay cheque or you lose your job, your money is not going to help keep your sanity. People can be so blind sometimes

But don't you need money to pay the bills support your family pay rent mortgage ect. Living cost is high in nz reason why most kiwis move to Ozzie for better living there's so many jobs here in Ozzie that you can get paid near $30p/h and you don't have to be a machine operator and still have time to spend with family and friends ,

Yeh I did notice alot of maoris going over to WA. However the main reason NZ loses people is because they have piss poor development over there and don't believe in development as Australia does which is so ironic since thats the main reason they fly to OZ.
What has to change is the following. NZ has to be open to migration alot more than it is now, but of course it must open its doors to foreign investment. Lighten its anal retentive red tape when it comes to big developments and new high rise in NZ and Auckland especially. Auckland as the biggest city in NZ should of been around the 3 million mark by now, but instead its languishing around 1.3 million which puts it in the same league as sleepy Adelaide. Nothing is going to come of such pedestrian pace of life.
So bottom line NZ needs to open its mind to globalization and industry. It needs to stop being the Ireland of the south pacific with its extreme conservative stance to population growth, and consequently it also mirrors Ireland in that alot of Irish rarely stay at home and leave overseas to America and Australia too.

Hard to do when 70% of kiwi exports go to Australia. Kiwis being treated as 2nd rate citizens in your country, yet they get all the benefits when they step foot here. Australia can go fuck itself it's dead to us

Here we go , so not only do you put NZ down but also one of the most laziest peopleI've come across. Yet you constantly whine about everyone coming over and taking your jobs. You need hard working Kiwis who have a back bone and not talk shit.

Choosing money over the connection to your homelands that don’t seem right!?
Also why is it that kiwis and Pacific Islanders are the most deported ppl out of Australia? When you come here make you come with good intentions and respect us Australians and our home otherwise get on that plane ✈️ and go back to your own homeland!
