- A special thank you to the TH-cam channel wizards who helped towards figuring out the issue to make Flash Loans accessible to everyone from the FlashGap app on the Crypto Wizards platform. In this video, you see me trade arbitrage opportunities with significantly reduced risk thanks to Flash Loans.
Some important points - ArbiDex seems to carry better opportunities than FlashGap. For now, you can actually "cheat" and use both tools combined for the ultimate match. Regardless, you can also find your own opportunities and now execute these with absolute minimal risk.

I’m a web 2 dev I kept telling myself this was gonna do a pilot to learn far simpler but not like this, this is terrific and it does so much more. Thank you so much. It’s so true about when it works. Huge value. I know you prob don’t want to include CEX. I was thinking cross CEX exchange and APIs. There you can grab some actual trade book data and pluck offered swaps. I’d prefer not Tom go there but if opportunity exists perhaps it’s possible? I’m prob missing something like doing it all in one txn? Maybe this is not possible within a txn? thanks for your great work. 1. so what about the .09% fees we must pay for borrowing flash loans (from aave for example)? 2. if the flash loans gets stuck in a transaction (of sh*t coin) how do they get back their money?
I love that you are doing this. I love you are honest and true. But now I ask, how much for you to build me a private bot? Same as this but with tweeks so its not so competitive as it will be slightly different lol
Were are you paying the pool fees? Do you have to pay the flash loan fee upfront?
Can you use this if one or two of the coins has a buy/sell tax? If so, will it account for those before deciding if the arbitrage will be profitable?

This is an awesome development, I have been trying to create something like this for a while, but you just nailed it! 🙌 Problem is, it is still unpractical for users as there is almost none profitable trades after gas fees, even considering the trick you just mention with Arbidex. Suggestion: how about including the gas fees inside the calculation of the arb, so we filter out all rest. Suggestion 2: other use cases for the flashloan? like in trading strategies maybe 🤔
Great suggestion on the gas fee change and I agree with your sentiment. No one will get wealthy using this tool. At least we have a starting point. Am considering exchanges on Solana too.

Gas is a problem everywhere.... even in crypto lol. This is a great start though. Awesome! Better than furucombo flash loans in my opinion.

Awesome Yonatan. On the next upgrade within the coming weeks. I am first trying to work out how to follow Eric's suggestion of forking the mainnet for users so they can test the actual transaction with 0 risk of gas fees and this will fall into that workload.

Thank you!. is your course for everyone? (i have zero knowledge in coding.) Also have you think about a bot that scans de funding rates of derivatives in defis? I think is way more easy to earn money doing funding arbitrage in futures than arbitrage tokens. There are some websites that scans funding rate of cex but no website scans dex derivatives
Great points and questions Byron. If brand new to coding, I recommend starting with the Triangular Arbitrage in Python course. It's heavy and you will have some headaches along the way if embarking on the developers journey, but in my experience, it was well worth it. I used to scan on CEX but moved to DEX. Actually some of the best manual opportunities seem to be between CEX and DEX.
Just to confirm the flash loan doesnt go through if it sn't a profit, correct? And what is the purpose of using the app or even doing arbitrage if it doesnt make a profit seems like a waste of time.

Ciao Signore! I'm going to be in Rome this coming weekend. Recommend for you to just do the initial non-programming parts of the course on Triangular Arbitrage. This is free for members so just go to the Training tab. For non-programmers, I personally like the statistical arbitrage most, but you can use the tools at crypto wizards to find manual opportunities for non-statistical arbitrage - it just takes A LOT of work according to other users.

Yes for sure. However, when building out ArbiDex, you will note there are very very few of these (with lower friction, comes more competition). I chose to focus on BSC because I felt it was the best middle-ground to start with on this tool. That said - more work to be done!

Excellent Fadi, then you already have all the experience you need. We do a quick mini-crash-course on Solidity too within the course just in case you need that. Stat Arb is my favourite topic, but seeing as you are a dev too, the others could be highly useful. If you know how to calculate triangular arbitrage, you can move straight to the Trading Execution course, otherwise recommend to do Triangular Arbitrage, then Flash Loan execution then Stat Arb.

If the volume traded is so low, in your example 1usd, why use a flashloan? You could just program the flashloan is profitable failsafe logic into your smart contract and not have to pay the flashloan service fees
True, if the Flashloans is so small it wouldn't matter. But any liquidity can get stuck in a sh*t coin. So the FL prevents any risk with any level of capital.
@@CryptoWizards You can program your smart contract to do the same thing as the flash loan, if the arbitrage fails then all of the trades are reverted. The main advantage of a flashloan is using more capital than you have yourself
If I have a arbitrage with slow amount, can I make the abritrage count so high with the same gas fees like for one arbitrage in one attack? So yes you can program it with a server and we all make a lot of money.
You can. Do you have knowledge of hardhat? You could program something to run and test your strategy out too. Most well established and known coins are being watched already, so I find it easier to detect low value high percentage opportunities.

Its a very good question. We can't because those are centralised exchanges. This only works on Defi exchanges on the Binance Smart Chain

Correct. Thats pretty much the only part the tool is good for. Don't really on the arbs on the site (other than for Zscore), they are there but everyone can see them so you're basically left with the scraps at best.

I got some successful transactions with more than 2% arbitrage, but the amounts traded are fraction of a dollar even when I put 10,000 USD flash loan, its like there no actual flash loan happening even though I confirm just before I press the trade button.

No, the tricky thing with Arbitrage, is that as soon as someone gets the profit, the opportunity is no longer there (including yourself).

Not always. For example, you could take a $10 trade and turn it into $30 depending on the misplacing in various pools. Many bots look for high value tiny percentages. We look at everything.
It would be interesting in the future to be able to use this on Caradano DEX's like SundaeSwap as well...

It's stable and should work mechanically as long as BSC keeps running. However, the opportunities on CW are lacking already. From here each trader is on their own to find one but at least they can now use the platform to execute.

It's all about depth. The higher the amount, usually the less the opportunity will payout. We're trying to find opportunities under the radar. It's really difficult though right now. Competition is fierce.

I don't think the author intends for us to make profit. Otherwise, he would have designed it that way. Flashloan devs don't want the opportunity to be saturated so it's understandable.

The idea is great but it remains only an idea. Unfortunately it never works. You only pay fees for truly successful exchanges I have never been able to find. I think it needs to be fixed otherwise it just makes you waste time and money (the fees, in fact).
Wish I could figure out how to pin this comment so others can see it. So, I'm on the same page as you in respect to my own experience. Conversely, some traders are getting daily returns and telling me about them - but it requires a lot of work. Either way, will keep advancing forward until we strike something more profitable. I have an idea.

Its not impressive that you lose money on these screengabs, so its not worth saying it OVER AND OVER again as if it makes you more legit. It would be more impressive if you demonstrated branching the head of the blockchain to localhost and testing that the transaction IS profitable, and then sending that to the main net automatically in a conditional statement.

The getamountsout function should take care of that for the most part, but it isn't baked into the Flashloans. So its all or nothing.
