    Thank you for posting this video. Very helpful as I try to figure out the power supply for my camping setup.

      Thanks. However, I didn't connect the battery properly so it wasn't charging when on shore power. Corrected now.
      And I've seen some of your post on the FB by the way. Lol. The name sounded familiar so I had to go check.

    Thanks for the video. What was the total cost of parts? Also what improvements does this install provide over the factory setup?

      @GTZ_TV  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Total cost being about $1300. That's for the battery, monitor, and updated converter.
      With a lithium I can drain it more than the deep cell marine battery that came with the camper, so double the amp hours. And the updated converter charges the lithium battery faster and fully.

    Thanks for posting! Hope to eventually do this on ours. How many days can you camp off grid now?

      I haven't gone completely off grid, but I did a backyard test with mainly the Fridge running at 36°. I would occasionally turn on the lights and fan. Starting at 100%, by day 4 I was at 30% battery. Thats without any charge in between.

      I'm going lithium. Replacing the inverter with a 1000w inverter, mppt solar charger, battery monitor. Is it all swappable with what comes on the intech?
      I'll need to reach out to see if ill need a power converter. Got a 2021 pursue.
      Happen to know how to get a hold of a human in support to see if ill need to upgrade the converter?

      @@averagerider92 the converter in there will work, but the updated one charges it faster. As far as inverters, I haven't installed one. I've seen people build there setup on a piece of plywood, then drill the plywood into the inside battery compartment. If you join the Intech RV FB page you'll find many examples.
      You can email or call intech. Info is on their website. Ive gotten great customer support.

    You know BB batteries with will work with the PD converter, right? You just have to top off the BB battery to 14.6v once a month to cycle it. I have a controller on a solar panel to do this on mine. You did a bunch of work for nothing friend. :)

      Like you said, you have to top it off once a month. The installed converter also charges lithium slower. After conversations with Intech, Progressive Dynamics, Battle Born, and others who have similar set ups, this was the best way to go for my set up. The updated lithium converter boost the charge up to 14.6. I also use the Renogy 100w suitcase panel with controller.

      @@GTZ_TV Any way to see a picture of the panel? The 4100 looks like the 2019 model, the 2020 model has a bit update panel.

      @@LexGrossmansDog old panel is in storage now but it looks like the 4100 series PN#PD4135KW. The one I bought is PD4045KV but according to everything I read and spoke to, its built to charge lithium.

      GTZ_TV apparently the 2020 pd4100 panel has a jumper that can switch to 14.6. Its on the board under the fan apparently. Im checking mine this weekend to see if it works.
