I wouldn't say he is a DJ. He is a music producer doing it live. He mixes elements for more than 2 tracks to make one. In my eyes he is the best, and hope he doesnt go mainstream, like some drugs, this music is not for everyone
Late but yes. He's not mixing in the way a DJ does. He's producing on the fly using stems and samples from his and others music. So he could play full songs but he also has the creativity to remix or create something new. I'd argue it's more impressive
@ShawsTheName Lol, he just assigned that fader to Ableton Live's master volume and is sweeping it around like crazy. Don't know if he combined that fader with any effects, but it doesn't sound like it.
