The only issue I would seem to be running into his you can't find any of the bills on TH-cam or anywhere and you go to the website, and they're all in Japanese I figured out a way to translate it but if you don't know how to build one or stretch it who do you talk to.

U know , theres a difference between a MOPED & a SCOOTER& a MOTORCYCLES ....and these scooters are not scooters if they got all the characteristics of a motorcycle....these scooters dont scoot at all....you have all these scooters and i dont see any of them being driven.
