Growing up my aunt (who's a minister) would always tell me, "You have warm healing/powerful hands" whenever she would embrace me and hold my hands after hugging . And I'm talking about I would be coming in from outside at times when it was 30-40 degrees on the east coast. I never knew what she meant until I got older, and started diving into research of things that would eventually lead me to the power of chi/prana. When I began doing these meditation sessions, I started noticing, how my hands would get warmer and warmer, even when they weren't even pressed against each other. That's when I knew I was tapping into source and becoming one with source as well as with self and that this stuff really works. Last thing, I've learned over the years that we have certain spots on our bodies where energy can be received and dispersed from. One day while meditating, my mind went back to my hand and how I could feel them heating up and they weren't pressed together during this session. At that moment the image of Marvel's Iron Man came into my my mind and I thought about how he was able to use his powers. Think about it, his hands are a power source, his chest (solar plexus/heart chakra), and the soles (souls) of his feet all are what makes him to be powerful and effective as iron man.
