My dad played Isaac Hayes throughout my entire childhood. Made it very weird when I started listening to hip hop. Just a bunch of dudes talking over my dad's records.
Also weirder when you realize that the guy on your dad's records was the voice of the school chef on "South Park" (until he quit because of that Scientology episode, then died).
Isaac Hayes , David Porter and the entity we all know as STAX RECORDS.. Thank you for using and handling these important records with the upmost care and respect, not to mention putting a little money into the bank accounts of the artists behind this record company....
@DJFurio I can see why you say that due to the new Era and way it was being produced but the originals are starting to seem way more intriguing to me like the actual musicians and skill versus copy and paste and sample and loop its still a major thought concept and skill behind but the music created today but back then is greater than today's in my opinion other than all digital output and synth
@DJFurio that's cool 😎 I find that people like you are a timeless vault with always a new tune music is important just like life itself keep that tradition

That’s the wrong part that was picked for “you’ve lost that loving feeling”. It’s the part that appears after the part that A+ “me & microphone” appears at.
I don’t know how I’ve managed that as it was the right sample. I had to make a lot of edits before TH-cam would allow the video so I think I must have put the wrong audio clip there by accident.
Found one of his records at an antique shop and got really bewildered when I recognized so much of the stuff from other places, nice compilation Also, what model is the record player in the background?

Sorry, but isaac hayes didnt create one hip hop track.
His music has been used to create lots of hip hop tracks and he has been given writing credits on a lot of them because of this
But was he involved in any other way than being sampled? If not, your statement is wrong.
@@ghettogoblin2840 his music is the basis of the tracks. Give him the credit he deserves and don’t be smart.
