While mine is panic attacks, depression, and anxiety. It seems nothing compared to PTSD. I hope those who suffer PTSD find the help they need. How very sad.

PSTD is a horrific demon it takes over your mind your body I watched my classmates be sexually abused as well as myself in the catholic school (8 yrs)I was removed from public school was told "to make me a good girl' my family traffic me for drug and money . None of the family members attended church ever This video triggered the memory my brain pushed to the don't remember file . I was hated on because I called out the church My PSTD is from many many traumatic

It is about veterans specifically, but I think anyone who struggles should hear the message.

Dax really makes amazing music that needs to be heard by more. The messages are typically on point. His technical abilities are amazing. His singing is well used to add perfect drama to a track. Just top notch artistry.
I suffer from PTSD. You're exactly right: most days I'm ok. Then memories hit. I wake up in sweat, heart racing and it feels like a truck sitting on my chest (using Dax's words from The Abyss). Even after 2 years of counseling.

Cliff I’m the same. I’m in the throws of it all now. My anxiety, depression, panic attacks and PTSD attacks are out of control. I’ve been an EMT for a long time and now I can’t even work it’s gotten so bad. Like Ren, I have an auto immune disorder too so it’s a lot to deal with day in and day out. So I love how open a lot of people are getting. I’ve basically had to just live in silence for wayyyy too long but I know when someone asks me how I am, they only honestly want me to say “I’m fine” when I’m not. No one understands unless they live it. Thanks Cliff for being real. May take you up on that offer at some point. ❤ thanks for sharing.
Dax is so talented and so underrated. His songs dig deep into so many things. This is another good one. As someone recently diagnosed with anxiety, depression and a panic disorder, I can relate to what he's saying. Crazy how our brains work and how past trauma can affect us so greatly.

On a side note, Dax is from my hometown here in Canada. Here in Canada lots was going on with the churches. Whether it was management of the residential schools or priests taking advantage of children :(
