I think its a question of being used to it, when it came back at first it felt like the worst gun i've ever used, it was an instant dismantle of every drop i was getting for a few weeks then I got an amazing roll (encore + précision instrument insane combo) and decided to give it another chance, i stuck with it for a while and now it has 4k kills on it.. but yeah the recoil is different and every time i stop using it for too long i have to relearn how to shoot it.. aiming just slightly above enemies helped me get consistent crits snd im on mnk
The issue is that it hides people behind the gun model. Its more prevalent on high fov and without zen moment to completely negate the visual recoil so you can at least somewhat see what you shoot its mediocre by default.
I play on console and have a Shiny roll with full bore, ricochet rounds, slideshot, and precision instrument and it is so good. With the 120 changes 140s are hurting bad but they're still viable options in my opinion.
a part of me is surprised that lunas howl never got insane recognition because it is still hilariously good but also, 120s into 340s ontop of Hawkmoon being used more frequently It's like, Lunas rereleased as a powerhouse and was immediately overshadowed by what pvp was becoming

I have a max range slide, KC roll that I use on my hunter. Lucky pants with a compensator mod gives all the AE I need and it feels great.

Idk if it just me but like luna is pointless. NF has zen moment with high range.
NF has 25 handling which sucks.
If you have a garbage roll sure....Luna's has a much higher ceiling and has access to the new stat mods.
