    And please the cutting of the base ls can u share how the circles can be achieved

      The radius of the plate I used was 5 inches this means that the diameter is 10 inches. To cut the circle, fold an A4 sheet into 2 equal halves, then into another 2. Now from the corner of your fold, measure 5 inches and take it round. Better still you can use a plate that fits the measurement above or watch out for my next video for that demonstration.

    Please can you tell us what you use in making the circles, is it crinoline or synamy

      I used sinamay. You cut it on a bias like ribbon, fold and stretch into curves.
