In this video, Jacob Zuma says KZN should be led by a prime minister (KZN already has a prime mister and has always had a prime minister, but the prime minister was under the central government). According to Zuma , the prime minister must not fall under the central government, and must have their own parliament. We already have a parliament in South Africa which is in Cape town. Zuma says the constitution should not exist and laws should be created by kings. He says the prime minister will take orders from the king and run KZN according to the king.
This is the opposite of our presidential state and cannot exist under our current constitution in South Africa. So, in essence, Zuma is asking/demanding a KZN not governed by the South African constitution and by South African government - he is asking/ demanding a sovereign government in KZN that is independent from the central government where the king makes the law and the rules and the prime minister runs government. It's a parliamentary/monarchy kind of system.
We provide this information for those who could not understand the difference in the video.

Zuma cannot says South Africa should be under a prime minister who is not under the national government and who has their own parliament. That would sound totally illogical. But Zuma is very logical in what he says to those that understand what he means. We know there are people that would not understand what he is saying, that is why we have clarified it.

No violence needed. Let's understand what Zuma is saying: what is your understanding of a parliamentary state and a presidential state? Which one is Zuma asking for and he is asking for it where? Which province already has a prime minister in South Africa and why does Zuma want a different kind of prime minister? South Africa has a parliament in Capetown for the nation. Why is Zuma asking for a parliament for this particular prime minister?
It could be that you did not understand Zuma coz he is talking about systems of government, or it could be that Zuma doesn't know what he is talking about and you are correct to say what he is saying should not be interpreted literally. But we believe Zuma is a lot knowledgeable about parliamentary and presidential state and a monarchy than most educated people. He knows what he is talking about and what he is asking for.
Let's watch that video again and pay attention to key words like "prime minister", "national government", "parliament", "a new parliament for prime minister", "government under the kings".
We help you understand things that might not understand coz not everyone can understand systems of government and political science in general.

@@mhlathuze , a few points there: well, a prime minister in Britain is simply the president with another name of prime minister. And the monarchy doesn't rule in Britain, they just symbolic. It is the parliament of the British that makes the rules, the king is not involved. And Zuma knows all that because there is a prime minister in KZN.
And mk got 15% nationally, so, I don think he is speaking to South Africans in isizilu. Zuma has spoken to South Africans many times before, and he did not speak in isizilu. There is lots of analytical points we can point out.

I think you misunderstood the difference between a presidential state and a parliamentary state. Jacob Zuma can only speak for KZN alone coz South Africa is not a monarchy and does not have a prime minister with a parliament. The rest of South Africa is governed by the central presidential system, not a parliamentary one.
He says people of KZN must take over their government in the municipal elections and in 2029 so that there can be a sovereign prime minister in KZN.
Zuma is not speaking to all South Africans coz all South Africans don speak isizulu and they do not live in KZN where there is a prime minister and a central king.
