  • Some people would like to create the Invoice using Microsoft word. But in the word they manually calculated the table column value. For example, in the invoice, product price and qty they need to calculate for total price. In this case how they can setup auto calculation formula.

    Can you please add number to spelling option so grand total can be written in word. That would be very helpful

    It is ridiculous that 'smart' developers did not build in the auto calculate so we dont have to right click and select 'update' field to change the total column each time. Absolutely stupid that MS Word developers didnt think of this.

    It would be nice to create a macro for updating the field... also will subtotal, Vat and grand total work if new rows of products are added ?

      No. this is constant products template. first you have to decide how many row you need for products, then you have to make the template by using this example. because the internal cell and row value has been changed based on number of rows (products).

    Is this called auto calculated? The user will only enter the quantity of the product and everything else will be done automatically. It is possible in Excel, but not possible in MS Word. If you can, I would appreciate it.
