As specified in the folder structure, MTN is for only Nigerian sim. But you could try other versions they are unlocked.

I have been trying to get it back to jazz but my AT interface and log interface is not showing in my device manager, I have researched a lot on how to solve this, but all the results did not work for me, if I try to flash it without the drivers, the software will stay stuck at "update initializing"

then reset or force restart device by long pressing power or both'power+wps' buttons
& after reconnect device, then try port launch again.
