I like how he went on a whole story about how he was left out in the cold because didn't have his room mates' phone numbers because the phone with their numbers broke & then like an hour later proceeded to say "I don't trust anyone with a phone case, just don't let your phone break" his sarcasm is great

I think it's funny how the death counter has 4 digits, it's as if they know anyone trying it will probably die 1000+ times.

I think the main reason people think this is the same as Floor is Lava is cuz Mario 3D World had just released on Switch a few months back at the time of streaming, and many viewers likely recently played it for the first time, or replayed it. In THAT game, lava and poison both cause instant death, and since you’d done Floor is Lava over a year ago, they likely forgot it didn’t work like that in Odyssey.

its not the codeine that gets you high, its just a mediocre painkiller. Cough syrup has diphenhydramine which makes you drowsy. they mix the cough syrup with sprite and put jolly ranchers in it. thats called lean. Lil.Wayne is dying from drinking it all the time. he has seizures regularly.
The reason I watch Smant and not other speedrunners is because of the things he teaches us every stream: "Uncooked bread is my favourite soup" (All Shrines BoTW), "Mario's allergic to grape juice", "Carrot powder is a spice"

Hey smant, I’ve got an idea for the randomiser, randomised captures. Not entirely sure how this would work but maybe every time you capture something it changes what you capture. Eg. You try to capture the frog at the start of the game and it’s actually a gushin and so on. I’m not sure if this has already been suggested or even if you’ll see this.
