I think he is not blaming Allah. He is just educating us to understand who Allah really is according to their understanding, not the Western thought or logic. Since he is almighty according to Islamic theology, he can do whatever he wants, including making bad thing happening to us, what more even if he deceives anyone of us. Who are we to question him, this is Islamic theology. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
