Why do some CAT S61 phones show 10m next to the laser on the back and some show 8m ?

May be I think one for water depth and another is lazer measure distance

mr RD it’s not. Early versions of the phone could only measure out to 8m. The newer ones can measure out to 10m
As far as I am aware they can all go to 3m depth for 1 hour.
The s60 could go to 5m for 1hour but you had to close some vents and the speakers acted strange after getting wet. I don’t know about this phones speakers though
