Even with such a high profile concert NO GMP officers were actually allocated to the event. NO communication between emergency services. All the fire appliances despatched were redirected to wait at Phillips Park fire station even though the firefighters are all first aiders, some with advanced training. They were finally allowed to attend the arena long after the all clear was given because the police failed to tell them. When GMP did arrive they point blank refused entry to paramedics because there " might " be another bomb. They physically restrained ambulance crews who tried to push past them. The ambulance service to give them their due sent almost 50 vehicles to the scene. Ambulances, paramedics, rapid response units, senior ambulance officers and the full HART team. All to no avail because the handful of medics, who got in before the rest were blocked, were overwhelmed they had to just watch people die. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.

The law states that there is no expectation of privacy in public.

Manchester Piccadilly is run by Network rail and they allow you to film and photograph in their stations if you inform the staff first.
