This was a really good, down-to-earth fishing video. Much better than most of what I see on TH-cam. I'm looking to employ these Euro tactics in North America a bit, and really enjoyed your show.

Thanks guys nice video. They use feta cheese mushed up in bread where i fish in Corfu, pretty much to the exclusion of everything else. Personally I had more luck with little bits of squid from the supermarket but the children have the nack with it and always catch.
They are only put into a keepnet for a short while before being released. Sometimes fishing in this way, if you catch a couple of fish and release them, they can spook the rest of the shoal.

They've ravaged my favourite upper/middle Gt Ouse. Lost my angling mojo for 6 seasons. Now catching plenty of roach and chub, below Bedford. Though I still miss the bend put in my rod from a fighting fit barbel.
Happy days indeed, reminded me so much of days spent catching Dace and Chub at the rivers around Harleston back in the 80s great video lads well done.

Hi +Mehinder Dub it wasn't a spin caster we were using it was a fixed spool reel and a centrepin. Hope that helps! :-)
